新藥臨床前毒理學(xué)研究：

簡(jiǎn)介 Brief Introduction

1988年在世界衛(wèi)生組織、國(guó)家計(jì)劃生育委員會(huì)和衛(wèi)生部的支持下，中國(guó)生育調(diào)節(jié)藥物毒理檢測(cè)中心正式掛牌。該機(jī)構(gòu)以生殖健康藥物藥理毒理學(xué)研究為主導(dǎo)，以檢測(cè)各類新藥生殖毒性和遺傳毒性為特色，對(duì)各類藥物進(jìn)行藥理學(xué)研究和安全性評(píng)價(jià)，是國(guó)內(nèi)一流，且在國(guó)際上有一定影響的科研機(jī)構(gòu)。

In the support of WHO， National Population and Family Planning Commission of China and Ministry of Health P. R. China， National Evaluation Center for Toxicology of Fertility Regulating Drugs （NTC） announced its establishment in November， 1988. NTC‘s pharmacological and toxicological study focused on the reproductive healthy drugs， with it characters of determining the reproductive and genetic toxicity. NTC also makes pharmacology and safety evaluations on other kinds of drug， and tops its rank in our country and is a famous institute in the world.

該機(jī)構(gòu)擁有國(guó)內(nèi)外知名的科學(xué)家，高效率的科研隊(duì)伍，先進(jìn)的儀器設(shè)備，一流的實(shí)驗(yàn)室及三個(gè)高品質(zhì)的實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物基地，并配以人性化的科研管理，正以驚人的速度發(fā)展壯大。多年以來(lái)，特別是近幾年來(lái)，實(shí)驗(yàn)室所有員工，在上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的支持下，團(tuán)結(jié)一致，同心同德，獨(dú)立完成了眾多的國(guó)內(nèi)外科研項(xiàng)目，曾獲多次殊榮，受到上級(jí)嘉獎(jiǎng)。

NTC， which holds many prestigious scientists whose names spread throughout the world， high-efficient scientific faculty， advanced equipments， top-rank laboratories as well as three high-grade experimental animals bases， equipped with humanized scientific supervision， are making great strides. For years， especially recent years， with the support and assist from upper leaders， the faculty have been solidifying together， standing in the same line， accomplished a great deal of national or international projections by themselves and won horrors and laurels from the authority for many times.

機(jī)構(gòu)不僅認(rèn)真對(duì)待新藥臨床前藥理醫(yī)|學(xué)教育網(wǎng)搜集整理、毒理學(xué)檢測(cè)，還重視科研基礎(chǔ)研究和科技人才的培養(yǎng)，先后培養(yǎng)出博士及碩士數(shù)十名，為國(guó)內(nèi)外輸送了高品質(zhì)的科技人才，在國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)表論文逾百篇。

Not only preclinical pharmacology and toxicology evaluation on new drugs， but also basic scientific research and the education of young people with PhD or Master degree were been taken seriously. Many high-quality scientific and technical talents graduated from NTC are working in homeland and abroad， and have had over hundreds of papers published.

機(jī)構(gòu)已經(jīng)按GLP（Good Laboratory Practice for non-clinic Laboratory Studies）的規(guī)范要求，進(jìn)行著一系列臨床前藥理毒理學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)。

Following the regulation of GLP （ Good Laboratory Practice for Non-clinic Laboratory Studies ）， NTC is carrying out a series of preclinical pharmacology and toxicology studies.
